Close Chakras and ground
Imagine the top of your head and put a lid on it.
Drop down to the third eye and gently close it.
Drop down to the throat chakra and see a flower closing
Drop down to the heart and see a flower closing
Drop down to the solar plexus and see a flower closing
Drop down to the sacral and see a flower closing
Drop down into the tail bone and see a flower closing
Drop down through your legs into your feet and grow roots into mother earth.
