When we are fearful, the energy that keeps us alive, the resonation or frequency that we live on, drops. This causes the immune system to lower and we can become ill. It's hard to turn anxiety and fear around. If we become aware of how we feel, we then can get an understanding of how our energy is, high happy energy or low dense energy. We can then visualise it rising if it is low, I have meditations coming out hopefully this year that have been recorded which will take you through a very short process of how to do this. Learning to notice how you feel is just practice. Give it a try.
