Fear and manifestation
When we are fearful, the energy that keeps us alive, the resonation or frequency that we live on, drops. This causes the immune system to lower and we can become ill. It's hard to turn anxiety and fear around. If we become aware of how we feel, we then can get an understanding of how our energy is, high happy energy or low dense energy. We can then visualise it rising if it is low, I have meditations coming out hopefully this year that have been recorded which will take you through a very short process of how to do this. Learning to notice how you feel is just practice. Give it a try.
Notice how you feel, inside and out with your eyes closed. From your head to your feet,go down your body, notice anything that feels uncomfortable, anxiety can often be felt in the stomach area. Then think of a memory that was happy and uplifting, maybe a holiday or a fun time you had..... Keep thinking of this, even if you feel it's pointless.
After a couple of minutes of thinking your happy thoughts, go from the top of your head to your feet and feel the difference. Your frequency will have changed, your physiology will have changed. Try this every day and watch your fear and anxiety lessen.
