Hauntings this always sounds very scary but actually negative energy sounds less dramatic, than saying Haunting. People aren't really haunted, houses aren't really haunted. What actually happens is that Spirits hang around for various reasons. If they weren’t a nice person in life, they will be an unpleasant person after they have died. This then causes problems. It can make people feel depressed, ill or have things go wrong for them in the house. This is disruptive energy. It basically needs to be removed. Just thought I would just say a little bit about this because people get so frightened and living among that energy can cause problems. I help people understand this and then give them the tools to move forward with their lives in a positive way.
