Your grief belongs to you,

I can't take it,

I can't give it away for you,

It’s yours.

It haunts you and pushes you to your wits end.

It takes you to places so low,

You can't hide or run.

I can't take it away from you.

It takes you to the deepest and darkness regions of your mind.

It pulls at you and takes up every empty space.

It hits you when you when you wake and taunts you when you try to sleep.

I can't take it away from you.

But I can hold your loved one close until the tears clear from your eyes.

I can bathe you in my love until you see your loved one by your side,

I can cradle you and soothe you and the tears you cry become mine.

Im all around and here and there, I'm in your soul and everywhere.

Im with you in your grief and sorrow,

Im with your baby till tomorrow

and when tomorrow comes and you wake and the tears are subsiding,

You will know me

And see me and you shall be reunited with your joy.

Live now sweet one and do what you can, tomorrow always will be a better one.

You will hold your baby back in your arms.

You will feel peaceful and warm and you will know that nothing dies but lives on and on.

Love never dies.
