A reading consists of many things according to the sitter and their needs. It should however consist of clarity, perhaps bringing things into focus that have previously been blurred or confused. This can be situations in life where the sitter cannot see the wood for the trees and they need someone else to help or assist in making the vision clear. When we are in a situation that is not comfortable it isn’t always easy to think clearly. In a reading, I don’t have knowledge of the sitter's life or what's going on within it, most of the time I don’t have a clue who the sitter is. I tune into the spirit world and someone usually comes forward to give me a clearer insight as to what is happening and how to move forward. The sitter knows that when they are being given things that I, as a person could not have known, that there may be something in what I am saying. The sitter may want certain things from a reading, usually spirit will give what's needed, not always what's wanted. When I say Spirit, I mean a higher energy, something that is part of us all. Some people call it the Divine, whatever it is, it is from love. Healing very often takes place during a reading, nothing to do with me but it is from the energy that is being utilised. 

This is a very brief description of a life guidance reading but may just help you understand.

At the end of a reading the sitter usually feels more uplifted and comfortable and perhaps more able to move forward. It is different from counseling because the sitter isn't telling me their problems, I am telling them what is going on and hopefully giving upliftment. Every reading is different, some people are so easy to read for, others not. This depends on the energy of the sitter. This work that I do, I do not do lightly, to me, each reading is the most important. I want to give the very best I can to each client. I take it seriously.
