Every day there will be things that come along to challenge you.
Whether it be relationships with other people or feelings that rise up within yourself.
It is sometimes to face these things that rise up like a snake, hissing and ready to bite.
By being aware of what is taking place within you , you have a better chance of reacting in the right way.
It is not always an easy task and very often you will dull the pain and run away from what is to come.
Looking at yourself and how you react is uncomfortable, tiring and not very uplifting.
However by really taking a step back and becoming the observer, watching yourself, looking at the way you handle a situation while it is happening, is very helpful.
It may mean that you are able to take a breath and where a huge puff of grey smoke was going to come out at someone, a little wisp may appear instead.
