An orchestra plays in the sky,

Conducting the wind and rain,

It’s notes and tones resonating with every living thing.

Every living thing.

 Humans are part of the resonance.

Through the way we live we have lost touch with the whispers in the wind, the laughter in the leaves, the rhythm of the Moon.

We are more separate, not living on the land, not living with each other in tribes.

It can make us low in mood and low in energy.

The way to find your way back to the notes and music, that the universe plays is to go outside, every day.

Walk amongst nature, under the sky, in the elements.

Take in every smell, every sound and every whisper the wind brings to your ears and senses.

Allow yourself to be part of the orchestra again.

Allow yourself to play the song that you’ve known.

You were born with a song.

Sing before you go, sing before you leave the Earth and let others be healed by your harmonies.
