The season is changing and it’s hard to let go of the summer and her warm embrace. A time is coming of shorter days and less light. The Harvest sun is taking its place above us. This is a time we come into ourselves a little more. A time to make ready for a darker period in nature. We can use this time to be inspired and to prepare for changes that are needed. Things that we have pushed away can be addressed now. Anything we are unhappy about or want to change can be attended to. So if there’s anything left from the summer months that remains unresolved, try writing the problem briefly, on a piece of paper and burning it. As the smoke rises to the sky see those issues dissolving and dispersing. See the universe taking the smoke and inhaling and as it blows out the issues are already changing shape. Say to the universe, “ I trust in you to deal with this, in the best way and with love”. In doing this you can go into the next season with a lighter heart.
