When you feel like nothing is going on Spiritually or you are struggling a bit , it’s usually when a lot is really going on under the surface. A bit like the duck that sits on top of the water but under the water it’s little feet are paddling away. Remember you are part of a team. So you may feel it’s a bit non-eventful Spiritually at times but your team is always working hard behind the scenes. They are tweaking and adjusting, making ready for new experiences.

Sometimes you will feel very connected and feel that you are making great progress, other times it will feel slow and uneventful but we are always there, watching, waiting to show you the next episode.

We like to try to present to you a way, a direction. We always hope you will notice but if you don’t we can present it again..

The material world can overwhelm you, we know. Hold on to yourself through these difficult periods. Let yourself breathe. Come up for air and fully focus on the now. This will give you peace and keep you well.
