Sound healer Chrissie, Meditation & Mindfulness Coach Lesley & RYT-500 hr Yoga Teacher Tara will be joining together to create a workshop combining meditation, beautiful sound healing, heart opening Yoga for all levels with a Yoga Nidra Practice to finish
